Mix the grated cucumber, jaggery, dry fruits, grated coconut together.
Add 2 tbsp of rice flour in it and knead it.
Add samolina and mix it properly.
Spread it on a plate.
Steam it for 15-20 mins or you can put it in the oven too.
After steaming, keep it for cooling.
Cut it in to pieces.
Your Kakdichi Tausali is ready to serve.
