INGREDIENTS

    2-3 piece of ilish or hilsa fish
    1 tbs black mustard
    1 tbs yellow mustard
    3-4 green chillies
    1 tbs yogurt
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    4 tbs mustard oil
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

A yummy steamed mustard hilsa-fish curry. Make this for your special Independence Day lunch and have a blast. Do share your experience with us.

Method:

1. Prepare mustard paste made with both kinds of mustard (black
and yellow), 2 green chilies and salt.

2. Take a microwavable dish. Place hilsa fish. Apply well on the fish – salt, turmeric, mustard paste, yogurt, mustard oil and green
chilies.

3. Cover with a cling film. Microwave for 3 mins
