    1 litre Milk
    400 ml Milkmaid
    1 cup Cooked Rice
    ½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
    Dry Fruits of your choice for garsnishing

DIRECTIONS

Toral makes her first ‘Shravan Special’ recipe for you! Kheer is an Indian dessert prepared during special occasions and offered to God.

 

Method:

1.Pour the milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
2.Add the cooked rice and let the mixture cook at a low flame for a few minutes.
3.After 5-6 minutes, add the Milkmaid. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
4.Sprinkle the cardamom powder and dry fruits to garnish.
