Dimer Jhaal is a simple and delicious egg recipe cooked in Tomato puree and aromatic spices!
1. Apply salt and turmeric to the boiled eggs and fry them In 1 tbs oil. Keep aside.
2. Heat some more oil in the same pan. Add the green chillies and tomatoes. Stir fry for a minute.
3. In a bowl add turmeric powder, chilli powder. Add 2 tbs water to make a paste. Add the paste in the tomato mixture. Add tomato puree, salt to taste and fry till the oil is separated from the masala.
4. Add the eggs, salt and a little water. Bring it to a boil. Drizzle the remaining mustard oil on top and garnish with coriander leaves
