Recipe: Kabuli Chana Sundal For Ganpati Bappa

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup Kabuli chana- soaked overnight and boiled with pinch of turmeric and salt
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    Curry leaves
    2 to 3 dried red chillies
    1/3 cup grated coconut
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Method :

– In a pan add some oil and once it heats up add mustard seeds.

– Once the mustard starts to crackle add dried red chillies, curry leaves and stir it up.

– Add the bowl of boiled chickpeas to the frying pan.

– Stir it and let it cook then add salt.

– Add grated coconut to it and mix it up.

– Ready to serve.
