Roast Lamb Chops For A Meaty Festive Season

A Christmas treat for the young and old. Enjoy with a glass of wine or your favourite drink!
Method:
1. Marinate the mutton chops with grated garlic, assorted herbs and apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
2. Put the lamb chops on a skillet and roast it for a few minutes.
3. Now place them on a tray and whatever veggies you like. Drizzle it with olive oil.
4. Grill this in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
