This delicious Potato curry is a great combination with a humble roti or Bhakri!
1. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
2. Add kalojeera or kalonji and sauté for a minute.
3. Add the potatoes, sauté well. Then add the green chilies, salt and sugar and mix well.
4. Add sufficient water and cover and cook till the potatoes are tender.
