Pressed for time? Make use of leftovers the right way.
1. Take some leftover aloo sabzi in a bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt & some grated cheese.
2. Combine this mixture well.
3. Take two slices of bread & butter them well on both sides.
4. Add the filling to the bread slices.
5. Cook it on medium heat in a sandwiche toaster until golden brown.
