Jeera Rice is an easy lunch recipe that takes no time to cook. Prepare this super fast lunch recipe by Geetha for your loved ones and pair it with curry or dal.

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup Basmati rice
    2 to 3 tablespoons Ghee/oil
    chopped coriander leaves
    1 teaspoon Lemon
    Cumin seeds
    1 Whole spices –
    1 brown cardamom,
    4 cloves,
    7 to 8 peppercorns
    1 cinnamon stick
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a pan add ghee, whole spices, cumin seeds and mix it together
Then add the cooked rice, salt, coriander leaves and mix it again
Jeera rice is ready to serve
