Restaurant Style Kadai Chicken Recipe
One of the classic Indian chicken recipes is just a few steps away. Spicy creamy Kadhai Chicken needs no introduction and it's simply irresistible!
For Chicken marination: In a bowl add chicken, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste mix them and marinate it for 15-20 minutes
In a pan add oil, khada masala, chopped onion, red chili powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix them together.
To that add tomato puree, marinated chicken, salt, water and mix them again.
cover the lid and Cook them for 1-2 minutes
Add chopped capsicum and cream.
Chicken Kadai is ready to serve.
