To all the mushroom lovers out there, here is a super delicious Mushroom Kadai recipe. Try this easy Mushroom Ki Sabzi recipe by Pallavi in Hindi and enjoy a restaurant-style meal at home.

INGREDIENTS

    Mushrooms - 1 cup - thinly sliced
    Tomato - chopped - 2
    Green capsicum - 1 small - finely chopped
    Cumin seeds - 1tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1tsp
    Coriander powder - 1tsp
    Garam masala - 2tsp
    Ginger chopped - 1/tsp
    Green chili - chopped - 2 to 3 tsp
    Coriander leaves - chopped
    Cashew nuts - 7 to 8 pieces
    Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
    Salt to taste.
    1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS

In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger, chopped green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chopped tomato, salt and mix it all together.
In another pan add oil, mushroom, salt and saute it together until it turns golden brown.
Add the chopped capsicum and mix it again.
Mix the sauteed mushroom to the pan and add water to it.
Mix them all together.
Cook them for 2 minutes.
Kadhai mushroom is ready to serve.
