In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger, chopped green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chopped tomato, salt and mix it all together.
In another pan add oil, mushroom, salt and saute it together until it turns golden brown.
Add the chopped capsicum and mix it again.
Mix the sauteed mushroom to the pan and add water to it.
Mix them all together.
Cook them for 2 minutes.
Kadhai mushroom is ready to serve.
