In a pan add water, chopped onions, cashews, chopped green chilies, ginger and boil them together. Grind them to get a paste.
In another pan add oil, prepared paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, khada masala powder, water stock, boiled green peas, boiled fenugreek, garam masala, cream, coriander leaves and mix them all together.
Cook them for 2 minutes.
Methi malai matar is ready to serve.
