Restaurant Style Paneer Biryani
Put that fresh paneer to good use and lay out a feast for all your vegetarian buddies.
1. In a blender, add onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, tomatoes, corriander, water and blend into a paste.
2. In a heated pan, add oil, fried onions, green chillies, cashews, ground paste, garam masala, salt and cook for a while.
3. Add the paneer and layer with half cooked rice, fried onions, corriander and let it cook for about 10 mins.
4. Serve hot.
