INGREDIENTS

    Chicken (boneless) – 250 g
    Oil
    Turmeric Powder
    Black pepper – 3 teaspoons
    Fennel seeds – 2 teaspoons
    Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons
    Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
    Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
    Salt – 2 tsp. (adjust to your taste)
    Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
    Water – 1/2 to 3/4 cups
    Tomato (chopped) – 1/2 cup
    Curry leaves – 2 spring
    Fresh coriander – a handful
    Lemon – Half

DIRECTIONS

In a pan roast black pepper, fennel seeds and cumin seeds. Grind them to get a powdered dry masala.
In another pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chopped onions, salt, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, marinated chicken, prepared dry masala, coriander leaves, and mix them together until its nicely cooked.
Black pepper chicken is ready to serve.
