Soaked in sweet and spicy yoghurt, fluffy Dahi Bhalles are guaranteed to perk up your mood during Navratri. Chef Pallavi Nigam shows you how to prepare this amazing recipe with Desi Atta Company’s Sabudana Atta, an absolute treat while fasting.

INGREDIENTS

    Sabudana atta: 1 cup
    Boiled & mashed potatoes: 2
    Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
    chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
    Finely chopped chilli: 1 teaspoon
    Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
    Sendha namak to taste
    Water as required

DIRECTIONS

Take a mixing bowl, add sabudana atta, potatoes and other dry ingredients.
Mix it together by adding water to the mixture.
Take a portion of the mixture and make a ball out of it and gently flatten them into a round shape. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it until cooked evenly on both the sides Add sweetened curd and khatti meethi chutney.and serve it
