This Sankranti, ditch the store bought Til Ladoos and make them at home instead. Follow these simple steps and make these traditional treats in no time. Tilgul Ghaya Ani Ghur Ghur Bola!

INGREDIENTS

    1 1/2 Cup Til
    1/2 Cup Groundnut
    1Cup Dry Coconut
    1 Cup Ckiki Gur
    Cardamom Powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Roast the dry ingredients
2. Boil the jaggery into a fine stringy consistency.
3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients
4. Add the cardamom powder
5. Roll out walnut size ball while the mixture is still hot.
