1. In a large bowl add curd, fresh cream, fennel, ginger paste, garlic paste, cheddar cheese, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, vegetable oil, lime juice & saffron and mix it well till the ingredients are well combined.
2. Add capsicum & paneer and mix well. Keep it aside for marination.
3. After an hour take skewe the paneer & capsicum through them.
4. Place them on a grill and cook them well till it browns on all sides
