Have vegetarian friends coming over for dinner? Make these super-easy, delicious paneer tikkas flavoured with fennel.

INGREDIENTS

    2-3 tbsp Curd
    2-3 tbsp fresh cream
    5-6 tbsp fennel seeds, ground into powder
    1 tbsp ginger paste
    1 tbsp garlic paste
    Salt to taste
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 lime, juiced
    Few strands of saffron
    1 capsicum, chopped
    1 bowl paneer, cubed
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tbsp chaat masala
    1 tbsp garam masala

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl add curd, fresh cream, fennel, ginger paste, garlic paste, cheddar cheese, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, vegetable oil, lime juice & saffron and mix it well till the ingredients are well combined.

2. Add capsicum & paneer and mix well. Keep it aside for marination.

3. After an  hour take skewe the paneer & capsicum through them.

4. Place them on a grill and cook them well till it browns on all sides
