Method:
1. Dry roast the khus-khus till it becomes golden brown.
2. Mix refined flour, rava, roasted khus-khus and add water slowly to make a dough.
3. Add little oil or ghee when the dough starts coming together.
4. Cover the dough and rest for 10-15 minutes.
5. Make small roundels and roll it out into small rotis.
6. Place the sheera/rava kesari on the rotis and seal it in a crescent shape.
7. Deep fry in oil on a medium or low flame till it becomes golden brown.
