Instructions
- Heat the oil
- Add butter
- Add the onion paste and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add chicken
- Stir well and cook till the chicken changes colour
- Add salt
- Add white pepper
- Add garam masala
- Cook for 5-7 minutes
- Add hung curd (beat it and then add)
- Add kasoori methi
- Add coriander
- Stir well
- Add water
- Close the lid and let it cook for 25-30 minutes
- Add cream
- Add some more kasoori methi
- Add coriander leaves for garnish
- Stir well and serve!
