Shevgyachya Shenganchi Bhaji

We’ve created a simple but delicious combination of drumsticks and potatoes infused in desi masalas and freshly grated coconuts. This Shenga Batata Bhaji/ Drumstick Sabzi is packed with flavour and it’s totally hassle free!

Shevgyachya Shenganchi Bhaji

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let the seeds crackle

Add asafoetida, turmeric, and chopped onion.

Stir it until onion turns translucent

Add chopped drumsticks and potato along with powdered spices.

Mix it well Next, add salt and water to the mixture.

Close the lid and let it cook Meanwhile, blend coconut, tamarind, mustard seeds, besan, and water.

Make it a thick paste Add the coconut paste in drumstick curry.

Stir it well Lastly, add jaggery to the curry and garnish it with freshly grated coconut
