200 gms yoghurt (Dahi)
2 tbps Khari Boondi ( available at any Farsan store)
1 small potato boiled, peeled and cut into very tiny pieces (optional)
A few coriander leaves washed and finely chopped
A few mint leaves (Optional)
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp Cumin seed powder (Jeera)
Salt to taste
One small bowl of warm water
Soak 2 tbsp of boondi in warm water for a minute or two
Add the chopped potatoes into the blended curd (dahi)
Squeeze out the excess water from the boondi and add to the curd (dahi)
Add ¼ tsp of salt
Add the finely chopped coriander leaves
Add finely chopped mint leaves
Mix all the ingredients together
Transfer the mixture into the serving dish
For garnishing: sprinkle out ¼ tsp of red chilli powder on to it
