1. Heat some oil in a pressure cooker.
2. Fry the ginger-garlic paste, onions and green chillies.
3. Add the mutton and cook.
4. Add all the dry spices, bay leaves and keep sauteing.
5. Put the tomatoes now and keep cooking for at least 10 mins.
6. Now add coriander leaves and pour hot water.
7. Cover the pressure cooker and cook it for 10 mins after the first whistle.
