1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, green chillies and onions and saute it well till onions become translucent.
2. Next, add tomatoes and mix well.
3. Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix everything well.
4. Cover the pan and let it steam and cook for 5-7 mins.
5. Next, mash the mixture in the pan and add coriander leaves.
