Sindhi Kitchen: Karha Parsad
Prepared typically at langars in Gurudwaras, this delicious kada prasad can be made with just four ingredients,
1. In a heated pan, mix together sugar and water.
2. In a seprate pan, add in ghee and wheat flour and roast it.
3. Once the flour is golden brown in colour, pour in the sugar syrup and mix well.
4. Let it cook for a while.
5. Top with chopped dry fruits and serve.
