Easy

A perfect evening snack, sip your tea with these Sindhi pakoras on the side.

INGREDIENTS

    1 ½ cups gram flour (besan)
    1 medium sized onion finely chopped
    1 medium sized potato finely chopped
    2 green chillies finely chopped
    1 ½ piece of ginger finely chopped
    ½ tsp ajwain seeds
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp red chilli powder
    1 cup of oil for frying
    100g of methi (fenugreek) leaves finely chopped
    50g of coriander leaves finely chopped
    ¼ soda bicarbonate or cooking soda

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients.

2. Let the batter rest for a while.

3. In a kadhai, add in oil and let it heat.

4. Scoop out small portions of the batter and add to the oil.

5. Fry until cooked and serve.
