Sindhi Seyal Double Roti
A Sindhi favourite, have this for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
1. In a heated pan, add in oil, garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions and mix well.
2. Add in methi leaves and coriander and mix again.
3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute.
4. Put in tomatoes, mix and let it cook.
5. Make it into a fine paste with the help of a hand blender.
6. Pour in tamarind water along with salt.
7. Put in the bread, mix and cook.
8. Garnish and serve.
