Sindhi Special: Sweet Potato In Jaggery Syrup

A health freak? this is the perfect dessert for your cheat day.

INGREDIENTS

    1 tbsp Ghee
    1 bowl Jaggery, grated
    1 cup water
    1 tsp Cardamom Powder
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    2-3 sweet potatoes, boiled

DIRECTIONS

1. In a heated pan, add in ghee.

2. Then add the jaggery and cook it. When it starts dissolving, add water and keep stirring.

3. Add cardamom powder & lemon juice and mix it & turn off the flame.

4. Place the boiled & chopped sweet potatoes in a bowl and pour the jaggery syrup on top of it.

5. Serve.
