Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

Procedure:
  • Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to it
  • Add 1tbsp water
  • Heat the pan
  • Pour oil into the pan
  • Add the egg mixture
  • Stir till the scrambled egg is ready
  • Add salmon
  • Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on a medium to low flame
  • Tip-Salmon can be substituted with ham, chicken salami or chicken shreds
For tomato cups:
  • Cut off the top and bottom ends of a Tomato
  • Cut the tomato into two halves
  • Putting knife into the tomato scoop out the seeds and flesh
  • Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper
  • Tip-You can also add chilli flakes or mustard
  • Put scrambled egg inside the tomato cups
  • Sprinkle chives on top
  • Ready to serve
