A quick and healthy wrap that you can whip up in less than 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

    • 200-250g of paneer (cottage cheese)
    1 cup of coriander leaves
    ½ cup of mint leaves
    Pinch of red chilli powder/ paprika
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp coriander and cumin powder
    ½ tsp of garam masala
    ½ tsp of tikka masala (optional)
    2 tbsp of yogurt
    ¼ tsp of haldi (turmeric powder)
    A pinch of pepper
    1 tbsp of ginger paste
    1 tbsp of garlic paste
    Juice of half a lemon
    2 small tomatoes finely, chopped
    1 medium sized onion finely chopped
    2 tsp of ghee (clarified buter)
    2 rotis (chapatis)

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat the 2 tsp of ghee on a griddle.

2. Add the chopped onions and saute until they turn light brown.

3. Add the chopped tomatoes, cottage cheese, and mix well.

4. Take the roti and place the paneer stuffing at the centre of the roti.

5. Add grated cheese for garnish and wrap the paneer roll tightly.

6. Cut the roll into smaller pieces and serve.
