1. Mix the egg yolks with the green chutney and apply the mixture to the egg whites.
2. Add salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Press the mashed potatoes into a flat circle and place the filled eggs in the covering.
3. Envelope all the sides of the egg with the potato cover. Make all the rolls in the same manner.
4. Heat enough oil for deep frying. Dip the egg roll in the egg batter and roll it in bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry them and serve.
