Make some tomato soup before your meals for a healthier living.

INGREDIENTS

    3 tomatoes, cut into large cubes
    1 onion sliced lengthwise
    1 tbsp rice
    1 green chilli
    Butter
    Salt as per taste

DIRECTIONS

1. In a saucepan add 3 chopped cubes of tomato, 1 onion sliced, 1 green chilli, 1 tbsp rice

2. Add 1 cup of water

3.Boil the ingredients till the tomatoes soften and the rice grains are cooked

4. Once it’s boiled, turn off the gas

5. Now strain the ingredients

6. Once it’s strained and cooled for a couple of minutes, put it in to the mixer

7. Mix till a fine paste appears

8. Once the mixture is ready, add some water to it

9. Strain the mixture to ensure the soup has a smooth consistency

10. Give a last boil to the strained mixture

11. Garnish with coriander and a dollop of butter
