Spicy Prawns Masala
A delight for all seafood lovers, toss up some fresh prawns in this spicy masala for your next meal.
1. In a heated pan, add in oil, hing, kokam, turmeric powder, garlic, coriander, onions, tomatoes, salt and mix well.
2. Add in mix masala powder, chilli powder and prawns.
3. Mix everything together, pour water, add chopped coriander and let it cook.
4. Once cooked, ganish and serve hot.
