Method of preparation For Marination -
Take a mixing bowl, add chicken to it followed by turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt give it a good mix an keep it aside.
Preparation Of Saoji Masala:- - Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, peppercorns, cinnamon, red dry chili and roast it for a while
- Combine jowar flour and roast it with other spices on a low flame
- After the masala mixture cools down grind it in a blender.
- In other pan heat the oil, add onions and fry it till golden brown, once the Onions are cooled blend it in a blender along with some fresh coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili, and water.
- Heat Oil In a Pan, add above paste along with the powdered spices, salt and water let it boil and add Marinated Chicken to it cover it with a lid until its cooked.
Serve it with Bhakri or Chapati.
