INGREDIENTS

    Steamed vegetable such as cauliflower, potato and sweet potato
    1 clove of garlic finely chopper
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Few chilli flakes
    1 tsp of yellow mustard seeds, coarsely grinded
    1 tsp of date's paste
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Dressing: add the garlic into a bowl
  • Add the lemon juice
  • Few chilli flakes
  • Add the crushed mustard seeds
  • Add the date’s paste
  • Add some salt
  • Mix it well
  • TIP: One can use ground pepper instead of the chilli flakes
  •  Add the dressing to the steamed vegetables
  • Mix well
  • TIP: One can use other vegetables such as carrots and broccoli
  • Ready to serve
