Steamed Hilsa With Mustard Sauce
Bengalis swear by hilsa, after all it is one of their favourite fish. This one's a classic!
1. Prepare mustard paste made with both kinds of mustard (black and yellow), 2 green chillies and salt.
2. Take a microwavable dish. Place the hilsa pieces and apply salt, turmeric, mustard paste, yogurt, mustard oil and green chillies.
3. Cover with a cling film. Microwave for 3 minutes.
