Stir Fried Vegetables
Have a bunch of vegetables stacked up over the week? Toss them into an easy stir fry.
1. In a heated pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, onions and saute.
2. Add in assorted boiled vegetables and toss.
3. Put Chings veg manchurian masala and spring onions and mix well.
4. Serve hot.
