What can be better than home-made Aam Panna or Mango Panna on a hot summer's day? It's a refreshing summer drink made of mango pulp blended with Indian spices and fresh mint leaves. INGREDIENTS

    Raw Mango: 2 cups
    Ginger: 1 tablespoon
    Peppercorn: 1 teaspoon
    Saunf / Fennel seeds: 1 teaspoon
    Water as required
    Sugar: 1 cup
    Mint leaves: 5 tablespoons
    Jeera Powder/ cumin powder: 1 teaspoon

DIRECTIONS

Heat a saucepan, add raw mango, ginger, black pepper, fennel seeds and water.

Stir it well and let it cook until mango soften .

Add sugar, mint leaves and blend the mango mixture in grinder.

Sieve the mixture and add cumin powder.

Your tangy Mango Panna is ready to serve.
