1. Take dosa batter in a bowl.
2. Pour a blanched spinach puree in the dosa batter and mix it. Stir and create it in the form of a green palak batter. 3. Take a frying pan and polish it with melted butter.
4. Spread a ladle full of the batter in the pan.
5. Sprinkle some boiled corn, grated cheese, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
6. Cook and then take it out on a plate.
7. Serve with tomato ketchup/sauces or chutney.
