Tea-Time Snack: Healthy Broccoli Croquettes
Bored of the unhealthy namkeen you eat with your chai every evening? Try out this healthy Broccoli Croquettes and enjoy a guilt-free tea-time snack.
Start by flash boiling your mint leaves and blending them into a paste.
Mix the paste in with the mashed potatoes and add salt, pepper, grated cheese and mix well.
Scoop a little of this mix and fill it in with the vegetables and cheese and shape it into small cylinders.
To make the cheese sauce, add in milk to a heated pan along with flour, cheese and mix well until the sauce thickens.
To make the croquettes, coat it with a layer of egg wash and bread crumbs and fry it until golden brown.
Serve hot with the cheese sauce.
