For everyone who can handle a little extra spice with their meat, try this the next time you make chicken!

INGREDIENTS

    4 pieces of chicken legs
    Paste of 2 green chillies
    8-10 flakes of garlic
    1 inch piece ginger
    ½ cup curds
    ½ tsp jeera powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    ½ tsp garam masala powder
    ½ tsp red chilli powder
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 onion sliced into ring
    1 lemon juice
    Coriander leaves
    ¼ tsp turmeric powder
    salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Begin by marinating the chicken with all the dry spices along with ginger, garlic, chilli paste and curd.

2. Mix this well and makesure the chicken is well coated.

3. Add the chicken into a pressure cooker along with some water and let it cook.

4. In a heated pan, add in butter and the chicken and shallow fry it until it turns golden brown.

5. Garnish and serve.
