Take a mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar and whisk it.
Pour oil, milk and lemon juice and again whisk it well.
Once it becomes a rich consistency, take 2 cups and pour them in.
Place it in microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
Once it has become nice and fluffy, put a cream iceing.
