Archana shows you how to make masoor cutlet. It’s a light snack which is great to carry in your tiffin box to work, school or college.
1. In a large bowl, mix in masoor daal, potatoes, coriander, ginger garlic paste, mix herbs, chili powder and salt.
2. Once it is mixed well, scoop out small portions and shape them into cutlets. Coat them with semolina.
3. In a heated pan, add in some oil and put in your cutlets one by one.
4. Cook well on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
