Tilache Ladoo (Sesame Seeds Balls)

As Makar Sankranti approaches, Archana introduces you how to make Tilache Ladoos, a Sankrant favourite.

INGREDIENTS

    1/4 kg sesame seeds, sauteed
    1/4 kg jaggery
    4 tbsp dry coconut
    4 tbsp peanut powder
    2 tbsp ghee
    1/2 tsp cardamom powder

DIRECTIONS

1. In a heated pan, add in jaggery and ghee. Mix well.

2. Add in sesame seeds and mix again.

3. Take it off the heat.

4. Add in the coconut, cardamom powder and peanut powder and incorporate.

5. Scoop out little portions and roll them into small balls.
