All-Time Favourite: Aloo Paratha
A step-by-step guide to making one of the most popular Indian breakfasts!
1. To make the dough, mix together flour, salt, oil, water and knead.
2. For the mixture, mix boiled and mashed potatoes with chillies, salt, coriander, ginger and garlic.
3. To make the paratha, make a dough ball, roll it and stuff it with the potato filling.
4. Seal it and roll again. Cook it on a pan and serve.
