Why have the same old boring coconut chutney with your dosa? Why not try something on the spicier and tangier side? Watch this recipe of tomato and mustard chutney by Preetha and do try this recipe at home. Serve it up with your favorite kind of dosa or snacks.
1. In a heated pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, urad daal and mix.
2. Add in the curry leaves, chillies and mix well.
3. Add the tomatoes and mix well until they get charred.
4. Remove the mix and grind it until it turns into a fine paste.
