We are on a health binge now, so this Tomato Basil Soup suits us just fine. Pranav Joshi shows us how you can whip up this soup in a jiffy.
1. Start by boiling the tomatoes.
2. In a heated pan, add in oil, chopped garlic, basil and onions. Mix well.
3. Add in the tomatoes.
4. Add in salt, pepper, water and let it cook.
5. With a hand blender, blend this mix and let it simmer a little more.
6. Add in chili powder and hot sauce.
7. Mix well, garnish and serve.
