Heat the olive oil and butter in a medium pan on low heat.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the oregano, chopped tomatoes, chilli flakes.
Add crushed tomatoes and sauté.
Add the stock and then the macaroni and the basil leaves.
Let it simmer until cooked.
Add salt, pepper and sugar.
Serve with parmesan cheese and garlic bread
