Topped with loads of vegetables, this preparation can be served any time of the day and for mothers who are always worried about their child’s food, this recipe is quite a saviour.

INGREDIENTS

    Dosa Batter
    Onions,Sliced
    Shredded Cabbage
    Chopped Capsicum
    Tomatoes, Chopped
    Green Chillien, Chopped
    Roughly Chopped Coriander
    Garam Masala Powder (Optional)
    Seasoning
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Start by mixing together the vegetables along with the chilies, coriander and seasonings.

2. In a heated pan, add in oil, pour dosa batter and add the vegetables on top.

3. Let it cook. Serve hot.
