Maharashtrian Rice Flour Vade
Kombdi vade is a unique dish usually eaten in the coastal region of Maharashtra. Here's how to make vades with rice flour.

1. Heat enough oil for deep frying
2. To make the dough: In a bowl add 1 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup gram flour
3. Add mixture of 1 tbsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 7-8 fenugreek seeds
4. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric and salt according to taste
5. Now add some water and 1 tbsp oil
6. Once the dough is formed, place a plastic sheet on the kitchen platform
7. Now make a small dough ball and place it on the plastic sheet
8. With the use of fingers, start pressing the dough in a circular direction
9. Once the circle is formed, put it into the hot oil
10. Once the vade turns golden brown, it is ready
