Valentine's - Eggless Red Ganache White Chocolate Cake

This Valentines's Day surprise your loved one's with Vanilla Sponge Cake. It is soft, fluffy and tastes delicious. Chef Pallavi has given a lovely touch to this sponge cake by topping it with red ganache with white chocolate.

In a bowl add in the butter, sugar and mix them together.

Add in little milk, vanilla essence, refined flour, baking powder and mix them all together.

Add little milk until the required consistency is formed.

Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 20- 25 minutes.

In a double boiler add in the white chocolate, butter and melt it by mixing.

Remove the white chocolate ganache from the gas and add in the cream and red food colour.

Pour the ganache on top of the cake and decorate it accordingly.

Your Cake is ready to serve.
